How does the “mentions” function work? @admin

How can I push my “Personal” posts out to my Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms? @admin @ally-paige @emilyhelman. It would be great to specifically click on an icon on the post and whatever I type here or post here is pushed to any SM platform individually or many at the same time.
