Day # 10 – Soft Launch

Good Morning, Today is a great day!

I guess I have something on my mind about the current national situation and I would like to address “fear”. Let me start of by saving “DO NOT BE AFRAID” Yes, the current virus situation cause a lot of fear of health, fear of job loss, fear of the unknown, but I would make the following statement. Are we stronger then we were before all of this crazy stuff occurred? I think so. One of the biggest obstacles to overcome during this situation is the idea that you as an individual have the strength to gauge your personal situation and to make a choice. The choice is to move forward in boldness versus staying in fear. I choose to move forward in boldness and in expectation that the future is filled with promise and with opportunity. The Ballet World will recover from the short term “bump in the road”, but at some point the Ballet Industry has to get away from making “collective” decisions based upon false & misleading information and use common sense, Americans will always rise to the occasion. Even with this new endeavor of Ballet Project TV, we were already planning to launch this site with the foundation of creating new opportunities for an entire industry long before the pandemic. This situation only gave of motivation to bring our new business platform to life, because of how the Industry plunged into chaos and uncertainty. The idea of protecting the most vulnerable is always warranted in all situations and the loss of life is always terrible. Life has to continue and in celebration of life (while mourning the loss to families across the nation) The question I pose is the following:

WHEN IS IT TIME TO RISE UP? WHEN IS IT TIME TO MOVE FORWARD?
In my humble opinion: THE TIME IS NOW!

Our mission at BPTV is bring a new shining light to the opportunity landscape of an industry that sorely needs encouragement. The old ways of doing things are important, but the evolution of Dance Media, National Audiences, and a true Ballet Network will provide that new fresh face, potential new revenue sources, and to combine the beauty, majesty, atmosphere of the theatre and bring it the nation online and onscreen.

I would encourage each of our followers to begin that process of moving forward in each of your specific timeframes. You are an individual certain unalienable rights, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Take back those rights and move forward with your life and passion!
