Upon retiring from my ballet career, I found myself seeking a way to stay active, fit, healthy, and creatively fulfilled! It was then that I found my love for fitness. After years of trying “everything out there”, I finally discovered the exercise that worked best for me, my body, and my enjoyment! I was then inspired to share my method of training to those seeking energy, happiness, and life through their health and wellness.

I am now a Certified Personal Trainer and health enthusiast helping women transform their lives through exercise they enjoy, non-restrictive eating, finding confidence in their bodies, and achieving ultimate wellness.

My training method is based around the core principles of functional strength and movement. My nutrition approach is based around nutrient dense and whole foods, designed in a way that you ENJOY to fuel your body optimally with zero restriction.

The main focus of my method is finding what works for YOU, YOUR body, and YOUR happiness so you can become fit for life.
